Shipping destinations:

• We ship both locally here in the USA and worldwide.

Shipping times:

• All orders in the USA take 3-5 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 1 business day.
• All orders to Canada take approximately 5-10 business days to be delivered and we ship within 1-2 business days.
• International orders take approximately 10-15 business days to be delivered and we ship within 1-2 business days.
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping cost:

• Orders over $50 will have free shipping.
• Orders under $50 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Shipping cost will be displayed at checkout. 

If you did not receive a confirmation email with an order number, then either you entered the incorrect email address when placing the order, or your order did not process in our system. 

Please use the Contact Us page on the site or email us at support@thebraidstore.com  to get in touch and we will look for the order and add the correct email address before resending confirmation.

We start working on your order as soon as we receive it, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed so make sure all entered information is accurate before ordering! 

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within X business days.

You have up to 5 minutes to cancel your order from the time your order is completed. Please contact us at support@thebraidstore.com  and clearly provide your name, email address and order number. If you cancel your order, it may take up to 10 days for your bank or card issuer to make your funds available to you again.

* All legitimate cancelations are subject to a $5 administration charge.

All discount codes must be applied during checkout, we cannot retroactively apply. 

Discount codes must still be active for it to apply and only one (1 x code) can be applied per order.

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal.

YES we do!! We offer tracking on all shipments. Please allow a maximum of 3 business days for your tracking number to be updated after you receive your shipping confirmation via email.

*if you haven't received your tracking information 7 days after ordering, please send us an email at support@thebraidstore.com  and we'll send it to you as soon as we can!

International taxes or customs duties may be applied depending on your country's tax policy. This is not something The Braid Store has control over.

Please note The Braid Store is not responsible for any taxes, tariffs or customs costs that you the customer may incur during the shipping process. Please contact your local post office if you have questions regarding this matter. 

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
• Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For returns, please email support@braidstore.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Unfortunately, because all our processes are automated and orders are processed and fulfilled immediately, we are unable to modify the order.

All orders that have been shipped to an incorrect address will be the customer's responsibility. The customer will have to resubmit a new order.

To confirm The Braid Store will not be responsible for packages and/or additional fees that are associated with shipment to an incorrect address.
